Initiate Your Return

Package Your Items
Carefully pack the instrument or accessory in its original shipping box, ensuring all manuals, tags, and protective padding are included.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
